To remove the program, please use the standard Windows methods:

1. Click Start and type Control Panel, and select it.
2. Select Programs > Programs and Features.
3. Right-click ABBYY Screenshot Reader to uninstall.
4. Select Uninstall.

Then delete the following program folders (if these folders still exist):

1. C:\Program Files (x86)\ABBYY Screenshot Reader <version>
2. C:\ProgramData\ABBYY\ScreenshotReader\<version>
3. C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\ABBYY\ScreenshotReader\<version>
4. C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\ABBYY\ScreenshotReader\<version>
5. C:\temp\SR (Trial)

Please note, that the ProgramData and AppData folders can be hidden.
