How to create a shortcut for FineReader PDF on the desktop, if it did not appear after the installation of the program, or was accidentally deleted?

Answer

To create a desktop shortcut for the program, please follow the steps below:

  1. In the Windows Start menu, type FineReader PDF.
  2. Right-click ABBYY FineReader PDF, select Open file location.

  3. In the opened folder, right-click ABBYY FineReader PDF > Show more options (in Windows 11 OS) > Send to > Desktop (create shortcut).
