Question

How to add page numbers to the document in FineReader?

Answer

To add page numbers, please do the following:

  1. Open the document in FineReader PDF Editor.
  2. Click the  button > choose Page 1 on the PDF toolbar:
  3. Save changes by clicking the Save and Add button in the right bottom corner:

    I Had asked how to number subsequent  and consecutively a group of multiple pages files, possibly in an automatic way ( I.E. not pfile after file manually...). The pages of alla files have to have a unique and consequent number from one till the last page of the last file.

    You can also try Bates numbering feature.
