Symptoms

On trying to connect to FlexiCapture Cloud from Project Setup Station or Verification Station I am getting the following error:

Cannot connect to https://<region>.flexicapture.com (error code:12030). (15) Unknown error. Error code: 0x2efe

Cause

FlexiCapture Cloud supports only TLS 1.2. TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are not supported anymore.

Resolution

Make sure TLS 1.2 is enabled on the machine where the station is installed.
