The difference between the Standard and Corporate versions is the included features.

FineReader PDF 16 Corporate includes the same features as the Standard version plus the Automated document processing (Hot Folder, Automated tasks) and Compare Documents features.

FineReader PDF 16 Standard does not include the Automated document processing and Compare Documents.
