How can I restore business card contacts in case they were lost?

In order to solve the issue, please try to tap Search icon in the upper right corner of the screen: are any missing cards present in other groups? If not, please submit a support ticket and send us the following information:

1. Have you turned on the synchronization?

2. Did you make backups? 
How to save a backup copy of the Cardholder from BCR for iOS?
3. What could have caused the issue? Have you done any updates prior to it on your iPhone?
