How to restore business cards in case they were lost in BCR for iOS?
In order to solve the issue, please try to tap the Search icon in the upper right corner of the screen: are any missing cards present in other groups? If not, please submit a support ticket and send the following information:
Did you make the backups previously?
How to save a backup copy of the Cardholder from BCR for iOS?
- What could have caused the issue (updates installation, etc.)?
- Did you make an iCloud backup previously?
Note: The scanned business cards are automatically saved to the BCR application only, and in the case of reinstalling, crash, or loss of the application, all the data might be lost. To keep your data saved, please make backups in the application or save an iCloud backup regularly. If no backups were made previously, it is not possible to restore the database in the application.
