Low-quality, blurred thumbnail (image preview) in rescanning tasks in FlexiCapture 12 Scanning Station

Symptoms

When loading a rescanning task in the Scanning station the image previews are of very low quality, making the documents unreadable.

Cause

This is caused by the Load rescanned pages with small thumbnails option in the Scanning Station options.

Resolution

Disable the Load rescanned pages with small thumbnails setting and restart the Scanning Station.

All new incoming rescanning batches will be loaded with full-size thumbnails (previews).
