How to change the email address and receive a purchase confirmation if the wrong email address was entered by mistake when ordering a copy of ABBYY program through ABBYY website?

Answer

Please submit a request to ABBYY Customer Support team, describe the situation and specify your correct email. Our team will resend the purchase information to the correct email address.

The orders made on our website are being processed by our eCommerce partner 2Checkout (now Verifone). In order to change the email address for your account (and future notifications), please contact the Verifone Support Team at support@2checkout.com and specify your order number.
