Error while creating/connecting the database: password for the account must be changed.

Symptoms

Unable to connect to an existing FlexiCapture database, or create a new one using the Administration and Monitoring Station. Error:

Login failed for user 'username'. Reason: Password for the account must be changed.

Cause

The password for the user 'username' which is used to connect to the database server is set to be changed on next login.

Resolution

You should either change the password for the user 'username' by logging into SQL Server using the user 'username' credentials or recreate a user profile with the following checkmark unchecked:
