Symptoms

When the Wi-Fi of the camera is switched on, the ABBYY FineReader PDF 15 OCR Editor starts on the computer, and the scanner starts scanning.

Cause

The AutoPlay for all media and devices is set to launch FineReader PDF 15, when the camera's Wi-Fi is turned on.

Resolution

In order to resolve the issue, please try to follow the steps below:

1. In the Windows search type Settings > select Devices > AutoPlay.
2. Check the selected AutoPlay for all media and devices settings. If FineReader PDF 15 is set for the camera, select Ask me every time in the drop-down list.
