Symptoms

Uploaded CSV file that contains different events, timestamps, names display only one timeline. The count of general events shows the correct number of events

Cause

Incorrect file encoding of the uploaded CSV file

Resolution

The file should be UTF-8 encoded. So you can convert an existing file or "Save as" the file in the correct encoding ( recommended )

Here is an instruction on how to convert the file to UTF-8 ( we use Notepad ++ in our instruction, but you can use any other app that suits more to you):

1) Open the file with Notepad ++
2) Go to Encoding and choose "Convert to UTF-8":​ 

Or you can save the file directly in the right encoding in Excel:

1) File - Save as and choose "CSV UTF-8"
