How to recognize text in picture areas in FineReader PDF 15?

Answer

If the text in a picture area was not detected as a text area but you need to recognize it, please follow the steps below: 

1. Open the document in the OCR Editor and recognize it;
2. In the Image pane, select the tool and draw text areas over the text in the picture area;
3. Recognize a page or all pages again;
4. Save the document.
