Each time I use the Duplicate and edit option for a built-in skill, its catalogs are duplicated:
It is also impossible to open any Check in Data Catalog rule related to the copied catalogs. Instead, I get a blank frame:
How can I solve this?

This is a known bug, which was fixed in v2.0. The tenants created before the official v2.0 release are affected and have to be re-created to get the issue fixed. Please contact the ABBYY Support team to request your tenant re-creation.
