Could you please specify when SFTP folders are cleaned up for deleted skills?
Is this automatic, a server task, or should they ensure all input/export folders are removed manually?
This question is related to Vantage cloud and OnPrem installs.
The same rules are applied bot to OnPrem and Cloud versions:
- Input folder - files are deleted bу server when a transaction is successfully created or moved to the input-exceptions folder if transaction creation fails
- Input-exceptions folder - files are removed either manually by a customer or automatically bу server in 2 weeks
- Output folder - files are removed either manually by a customer or automatically bу server in 2 weeks.
