Based on observation it seems that the Deleting old batches task runs every 10 minutes. Is it possible to change this interval?

Change it using the registry key value: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\FlexiBr\ServerShadowActivityManagerStartAppServerCleanUpJobPeriod

This value in milliseconds defines the frequency of the cleaning task creation.
