Cause

Wrong operator role. The senior verification operator has opened a task and copied the link.

The verification operator opened the link and gets the error message.

Resolution

Change the role of a verification operator who receives the link to a senior verification operator role.

Or a senior verification operator can change the role to a verification role then it will work with all operator roles.
