Inner Exception: SOAP Server Application Faulted while trying to create a new DB

Cause:

Usage of the web browser that doesn't grant the admin permission for DB creation.

Resolution:

Please run the Internet Explorer as Administrator and make sure that you don't see the "Administration permissions are required "message above the Create New Database button.

    I'm using edge browser using the admin account but the message still there.
