Symptoms

When you try to process documents, the following error message is shown:

Document 1: Page 1: Cannot load DLL D:\Program Files\ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Stations\Spl.dll. Access is denied.

Cause

This message could indicate the problems with Processing Station installation.

Resolution

1. Grant the administrator permission for the user account that is used to run the Processing Station Windows service.
2. Perform ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Stations installation repair on the problematic computer.
