Is it possible to downgrade the FlexiCapture database? I.e., make it lover version then the one used currently to be able to use it with the previous version of FlexiCapture 12.

The database doesn't have a downgrade functionality. In this situation, you need to restore the database and file storage back from the backups that should have been made before upgrading it.
