The full project path looks like this:

http://ServerName#TenantName/ProjectID/ProjectName

If you do not have any tenant, it will be:

http://ServerName/ProjectID/ProjectName

Server Name could be checked in the Processing Server Monitor:

Project id it the ID of the project on the Application Server. It could be found in the Administration and Monitoring Console:

Tenant Name could be found in the Administration and Monitoring Console as well (check Tenants tab).
