Can FineReader PDF delete the seals on the text in PDF in batches without affecting the content of the text? 

Answer

You can use the option Remove color marks in Tools > Options > Image Processing (see for more details: If your document image has defects and OCR accuracy is low).
 
It removes any color stamps and marks made in pen to facilitate the OCR of the text obscured by such marks. This tool is intended for scanned documents with a white background, and should not be used on digital photos and documents with color backgrounds.
