Does the FlexiCapture database have information on documents that came in via Email Import?

Answer

That exact information cannot be found in the FlexiCapture database. The Reporting Service can be used to gather that information.

The Reporting Database stores the following information:

• Processing logs and editing statistics for documents that are still being processed.
• Document state details (i.e. the parameters of the document at the end of processing).
• Document editing details (i.e. the history of changes made to the document during its processing).

Once the processing statistics have been calculated, all the information about the document is removed from the EventLog, and DocumentEditingStatistic tables.

As seen below, there are predefined values that have different source options one of which is from email.
