How to edit the name of the Field in the Document Definition if the Document Definition is based on the FlexiLayout?

Answer

The Field name inside the Document Definition is inherited from the Block name defined in FlexiLayout and can not be changed in the Document Definition.

To change the Field name:

1. Change Block name (Ctrl+Enter > Name).
   
2. Save the FlexiLayout project (Ctrl+S).
   
3. Export .AFL file (File > Export).
   
4. Update FlexiLayout inside the Document Definition (Tools > Update FlexiLayouts).
