In Vantage, once the SSO per tenant is configured, does the tenant admin need to add users to assign roles?

Answer

Yes, it is true for the current version of Vantage (v2.1.2). Once SSO is configured and the user has authenticated for the first time, the user will appear in the list of users available in Vantage to the tenant administrator. Then the tenant administrator needs to assign a role to the user.
