How to collect the logs for Business Card Reader application on iOS devices?
The log contains the information about your device such as device model, iOS version, etc., and the version of the application installed. In some cases, the support team may ask you to provide the log for examination.
To send the log, please do the following:
- Launch BCR;
- Tap the [i] button in the top left corner of the screen;
- Tap Feedback;
- The message with the log will be created automatically;
- Copy all the information displayed or take a screenshot and provide it in the support ticket.
Or send the automatically generated message with the log to the specified email address of the support team.
