How to convert a document to Microsoft Excel format in FineReader PDF?

To convert a document to Microsoft Excel with a quick conversion task follow the steps below:
- Open FineReader PDF.
- Click the Convert to Microsoft Excel task.
- Select a PDF or an image file and click Open.
- Specify the conversion settings.
- Click Convert to Excel.
- Specify a name and a destination folder for the output file.
It is also possible to convert a document to Microsoft Excel using the advanced conversion in the OCR Editor where more OCR information is available (e.g. text verification or image preprocessing) for improving OCR accuracy before saving a document.
To convert a document in the OCR Editor, follow the steps below:
- Open FineReader PDF.
- Select the OCR Editor task (select the Open in OCR Editor task in FineReader PDF 15).
- Select a PDF or an image file and click Open.
- A document will be analyzed and recognized.
It is possible to adjust the recognition areas in the Image pane and check and edit the recognized text in the Text pane. - Click the arrow next to the Save button > Save as Microsoft Excel Workbook....

Hello. FineReader does not create real Excel tables while converting. I have a big document where text is mixed with pictures and tables. I format each table manually in the OCR editor. How do I force FR to create tables in Excel as a result? Actually, I need quickly select all tables afterward. Thank you in advance
