Symptoms

The Vantage Subscription page is used to view Subscription Status, Page Counts (used and Pages Licensed), and License information. 

When trying to review the Subscription page in Vantage under Skill Monitor. The option to select the Subscription page is not visible.

Cause

The Subscription page is not visible because the currently logged-in user does not have the appropriate permission to view the page

Resolution

Only a user with the Tenant Administrator role can view this page. If the currently logged-in user needs to have access, the Tenant Administrator could modify the current permissions.
