How to collect the logs for the FineReader PDF application on iOS devices? 

Answer

The log contains information about the device such as device model, iOS version, etc., and the version of the application installed. In some cases, the support team may ask to provide the log for examination.

To send the log, please do the following:

1. Launch FineReader PDF.
2. Tap the Menu button in the top left corner of the screen > tap the More... option.
3. Tap Feedback.
4. The message with the log will be created automatically.
5. Copy all the information displayed or take a screenshot and provide it in the support ticket.
