How to collect the logs for Business Card Reader application on Android?
The log contains the information about your device such as device model, Android version, the version of the application installed. In some cases, the support team may ask you to provide the log for examination.
To send the log from the mobile application, please do the following:
- Launch BCR.
- In the top left corner of the screen tap the [i] button.
- Tap Feedback.
- Select an email app. A message with the log will be created automatically.
- Send the automatically generated message with the log to the specified email address of the support team.
Or copy all the information displayed or take a screenshot and provide it in the support ticket.
