When trying to sign in or sign up to ABBYY Account in BCR app, a blank white screen appears.
To log in to ABBYY Account or register a new one, please try to apply the recommendations below:
- Make sure that the internet connection on a device is stable. E.g. switch to the Wi-Fi connection.
- Clear cookies of your browser.
- Try to sign in or sign up using the web version of BCR https://my.abbyybcr.com/:
- If you already have an ABBYY Account, log in to it by entering your email and password > click Log in.
- If you have not created an ABBYY Account before, register it as described in the article: How to create an ABBYY Account in BCR web version.
