Page layout was distorted and the exact location of paragraphs on the page was not retained after conversion to Microsoft Word in FineReader PDF 15.

Cause

The situation may depend on the document layout and settings selected in the program.

Resolution

To solve the described issue, please try to apply the following recommendations:

1. Start FineReader PDF 15 > go to the Tools menu > Options... > Format Settings > DOC(X) / RTF/ ODT.
2. In Document layout select Exact copy and tick the option Keep line breaks and hyphens.
3. Convert the document to MS Word anew.
