Symptoms

When sending a document to WordPerfect from the OCR Editor of FineReader PDF 15, the following error message appears:

Error sending text to WordPerfect. File c:\program files (x86)\abbyy finereader 15\sndtowp21.wcm not found.

Resolution

The issue is known to our R&D department and is being investigated by our developers.

As a workaround, please save the recognized document as a Microsoft Word Document and then open it in WordPerfect.
