Administration and Monitoring Console use Internet Explorer as a default browser. Is it possible to use a different browser as a default for Administration and Monitoring Console?

Yes, it is possible to choose any other browser as a default for Administration and Monitoring Console.
 
To force the Admin Console to use a different browser as default you may change Administration and Monitoring Console Shortcut in Start menu Properties:
Go to file location:

Right-click on the Administration and Monitoring Console Shortcut and choose properties.
In the Shortcut tab replace the path to IE with the path to your new browser in the Target field: 

 
For example:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -new "http://localhost/FlexiCapture12/Monitoring/"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" -new "http://localhost/FlexiCapture12/Monitoring/"

You may also create a copy of the Administration and Monitoring Console Shortcut and change the path afterward to use with another browser.
