How to show registration parameters on Web Verification Station?

Answer

The registration parameters can be shown on the Batches or Tasks Views of the Web Verification Station.

To perform Batches Views modification, you have to be logged in as a Senior Verification Operator or as a particular User, who is allowed to “View list of project batches”.

To check if the user is allowed to “View list of project batches”, please perform the following steps:

  1. Project > Project Properties…
  2. Navigate to the User Roles tab
  3. Select the role and click Edit…
  4. Check “View list of project batches” if necessary

Once checked, you will be able to add registration parameters to the Batches View under the custom role.
Open the Web Verification Station > Batches View. Click on the gear (mceclip2.png) in the very right column header, and select Add reg. parameter as shown on the screenshot below.

Type in the parameter's name and press Enter.

As a result, the registration parameter's value will be shown.

Please note, if you want to perform Task View modification under the custom role “View list of tasks in queue” and “View tasks of other operators” have to be selected accordingly.

    I followed the steps, but when I log in and go to Batches I do not see the gear icon. We are using FlexiCapture 12.0.3.4053.

    This feature is available in FlexiCapture 12 starting from build 12.0.3.4222.
