Error at Web Verification when using WIBU USB Dongle key in FlexiCapture 12: "An error occurred: Cannot get license ticket""

Symptoms

In FlexiCapture 12 at Web Verification Station, the operator can login to the Web Verification Station and open the queues page. But on attempt to get the task from queue, the Verification operator encounters an error:

"An error occurred: Cannot get license ticket"

Cause

The issue occurs because the license at USB Dongle is not read correctly because of incorrectly configured USB ports at virtual machines used for FlexiCapture deployment.

Resolution

Correct USB ports configuration settings at virtual machines where the FlexiCapture 12 is deployed.
