Are batches that went to exceptions deleted automatically in FlexiCapture Cloud?

Answer

Yes, they are deleted in accordance with the Data Retention Policy in FlexiCapture Cloud.

The default period of data storage is 60 days which means that all working batches regardless of their status are removed after the default retention period (60 days) expires.
