Administration and Monitoring is not accessible from the Flexicapture 11 Servers program list

Symptom

The Administration and Monitoring Console web link in the Flexicapture 11 Servers programs are missing in the Windows programs list

Cause

This occurs because the IIS Management is not installed on the machine prior to Flexicapture 11 being installed

Resolution

If Flexicapture 11 is already installed on the machine, it will need to be uninstalled.  IIS Management will need to be installed manually from the Windows Feature list

After IIS Management is installed, Flexicapture 11 will need to be installed.  When the Flexicapture 11 install is complete the Administration and Monitoring Console weblink will be in the Servers list
