What to do if the documents are imported and stuck on the "Scanning" stage?

Symptoms

The documents can be imported to the FlexiCapture but won't pass the "Scanning" stage

Cause

- It could be caused by the lack of pages in the license

- Processing stations stopped to work

- The "Import" tasks are disabled for the processing stations

Resolution

First of all, check the license. If there are pages left with the next step check the processing stations:
