Symptoms

During the conversion of a document in FineReader PDF for Mac the error message appears:

Operation stopped: FENAddPDFOperation.

Resolution

The error was fixed in FineReader PDF 15 for Mac Release 4.

To resolve the issue, please update the program: Updating FineReader PDF for Mac.
