Is it possible to install Vantage Advanced Designer for all users on the machine instead of only the user who is running the installation process? 

Answer

It can be done using the CMD installation:

1. Use the cd command to get into a folder with the installation file.
2. Use the following command:
   Vantage.Advanced.Designer.exe InstallFolder="C:\Program Files\ABBYY\Vantage" PerMachine=1

• InstallFolder  - specify the required path where Advanced Designer should be installed;
• PerMachine=1 - allows Advanced Designer to be installed for all users of the current machine.
