Is it possible to edit the text in documents in the FineReader PDF for Mobile application?

Answer

Editing the text in documents is not supported in FineReader PDF at the moment.

The application is designed to scan documents, convert them into different formats listed on the app website, and recognize the text in documents. 

You can edit the text layer of a document in a third-party application (editor) after you recognized the document in the FineReader PDF app.

For Android: scan a document in FineReader PDF or import a document into the app > recognize it > tap the document > tap the Share button > select Open in... > select the app, in which you can edit the text.

For iOS: scan a document in FineReader PDF or import a document into the app > recognize it > tap the document > tap the Send button > select Open in... > select the app, in which you can edit the text.
