I have two users that use the same virtual machine and two single user licenses.

Is it possible to set up the system such way, that each user would use its own license?

Answer

The License Manager applies the license not for user, but for the system. That means, that once the user select the license, all other users on the same environment starts to use the same license.

In cases when it is needed for a several users to work on the same PC at once (terminal server through RDP for ex.), the amount of users should be considered and the license should be chosen correspondingly.
