Symptoms

Warning while exporting the project via the FCAdminTools.exe:

Improper version of Document Definition to check in. Use 'Discard Changes' to recover.

Cause

Most probably, one or several Document Definitions are not published.

Resolution

1. Open the project from the Application Server via the Project Setup Station
2. Check the Document Definitions list.
3. Either publish or discard changes for all the Document Definitions marked as "Edited by":
4. Perform a new attempt to export the project.
