Emails are imported, but no batches are getting created.

Symptoms

The image import profile seems to work as the emails in the email account are being moved to the Processed folder, but no batch is being created.

Cause

Most probably, there is another project that has the import profile set up and running for the same email box.

Resolution

Double-check that there are no other import profiles configured for the same email box in any other project.
