Application Server is not available. Administration and Monitoring Console does not open with any variations of server name (machine name, IP, localhost) and times out. The IIS landing page does display. In Processing Server Monitor, the Processing Server is stuck on restarting.
There are numerous errors in the Event Viewer Windows Application log at the Application Server machine as below:
ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Services: Requested operation requires an OLE DB Session object, which is not supported by the current provider.
FlexiCapture Database Server is not working as expected or not available with current network connection settings.
Restore the availability of the Database Server. Try the following:
- Please check the connection to your FlexiCapture Database Server and its performance (e.g. is it functioning?).
- Make sure that the connection is not blocked by the security settings or software in your environment. If there have been changes to the environment or software settings, try to roll back the changes, or implement the same settings in the updated software configuration.
- Check if there have been any changes recently to your Application Server machine or Database Server machine, or to your network configuration? Try restoring previous settings.
- Reboot the Database Server machine.
