Yes, it has, in terms of sales: https://support.abbyy.com/hc/en-us/articles/10328126134163-ABBYY-FineReader-PDF-15-End-of-Sales-and-End-of-Support-announcement. However, you can continue using your existing license(s) of FineReader PDF 15 Corporate within the limit of their period of validity. Support for the version is also available.
