error message "Application not found" in user session with abbyy fine reader 14

We're installing ABBYY Fine reader 14 in Windows 2019 Server with Citrix sharde desktop access
licensing server is configured and OK
If i launch in admin session, I don't have any issue
If I launch i user session, finereader starts then pop up "Application not found"
each menu of the navigation gets the same popup, and never in admin mode
the user has been set admin of the server, to test, ang given all access rights on files, to test, but no better

in the user profile folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ABBYY\FineReader\14.00\PDFTransformer\Dumps, I see a lot of dumps with description
MiniDump_0_11560_{3DD51CD5-87A3-446B-A19B-3782406EF8A2}.dmp C:\Program Files (x86)\ABBYY FineReader 14\FineReader.exe 2022-11-24 08:53:22 CCOMException, 0x800401F5 Application not found

Has someone encountered the issue ?
