"Batch is not opened" exception

Hi abbyy support team,
Recently, I got an error on the production environment,
In the windows application log,
the excaption is: ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Services: Batch is not opened.

Can you show me when the exception occur?
At first, I guess it occur when i call "OpenBatch()" or "AddNewImage()" method (i have using FlexiCaptureWebServiceSoapClient to automatic processing)
but I event don't see the log when start of my .net API (ex: System.IO.File.WriteAllText("starting call api"))
