The task Recognizing documents does not occur when placing files in hot folder

Hi All. On placing a file in the hot folder, the task 'Recognizing Documents' does not occur. Instead it is moved directly to the Processed folder and does not show up anywhere in the Project Setup Station, and it does not create a new batch type although it was specified in the Image import profile settings.

On importing the file manually in a batch, the task 'Recognizing Documents ' takes place.
